What the role is:
SENIOR / EXECUTIVE IT SYSTEMS ANALYST
What you will be working on:
You will join the team to support IT projects and operations by assisting with project coordination, user and vendor management, business analysis, and technical tasks to develop/maintain our organization's systems. You will be working with business stakeholders, vendors and IT cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes in cost efficient manner. You will contribute to UI/UX improvements and system enhancements.
You will be exposed to procurement activities such as budgeting, approval of requirements, tendering and contract management. Contract management encompasses ensuring contractor meet contractual obligations for project delivery and operations & maintenance works which includes audits, risk assessments, service levels, etc. You will assist with periodic preparation of project reports, management updates and presentations.
What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT systems analyst in implementing agile projects hosted in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) leveraging on no-code/low-code and/or AI technology

• Have a flair for UI/UX considerations when implementing solutions for business users

• Relevant technology certifications preferred

• Adaptable to contribute across different areas of IT

• Ability to communicate at all levels (masses, middle and senior management) oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
