DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER, RECORDS MANAGEMENT
[What you will be working on]
The LTA\xe2\x80\x99s Knowledge Management (KM) Division embraces the power of change and drives LTA toward a knowledge and dhigital-ready organisation. As part of the Records Management (RM) section in the KM Division, you will be working in a flexible and result-oriented environment with a good teamwork culture. Your main work goal is to push for a sustainable RM culture and governance across LTA, ensuring that records are managed in accordance to the Instruction Manual on Management of Public Records (IM4L) provisions and LTA\xe2\x80\x99s RM best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead/roll out online staff self-audits on staff\xe2\x80\x99s RM practices and translate audit results and findings into management dashboards
- Provide advisory to LTA Groups on RM matters (such as records appraisals, records classification) and promote best records management practices
- Provide advisory to system owners and appraise their systems on the requirements needed for these systems to contain records.
- Review and update the LTA\xe2\x80\x99s Records Management Policy to ensure compliance to the IM4L provisions
- Develop and implement new corporate RM projects that would benefit the organisation
- Liaise with the National Archives of Singapore (NAS) on RM matters
- Perform declassification of files
- Design and roll out appropriate RM education content and outreach materials, including e-Learning, virtual sharing and face-to-face clinic sessions to educate LTA officers on RM matters
[What we are looking for]
\xc2\xb7Tertiary qualification or a related discipline
\xc2\xb7At least 2 years of relevant experience in Record Management
\xc2\xb7Has good working knowledge of Record Management concepts and principles
\xc2\xb7Critical thinker, high attention to detail, focused and reliable, with project management experience
\xc2\xb7Ability to manage and facilitate education/community outreach activities.
\xc2\xb7Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
\xc2\xb7Proactive with positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills.
\xc2\xb7Enjoys working with people and providing Record Management solutions to them
