What the role is:

MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER, ELECTRONIC ROAD PRICING (ERP) OPERATIONS

What you will be working on:

You will be part of the core team operating and managing the Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) system. You will ensure smooth operations of the ERP system including operational and technical matters, setup/review work processes, monitor operation dashboards and perform data analytic to establish operations and system insights. You will also be given the opportunities to lead system, processes and service enhancements initiatives.

As part of the team managing the new ERP system operations, you will be involved in the system and operations transition process, and will likely be someone who enjoys challenges and problem solving in a process oriented environment involving large-scale complex information technology and engineering systems.

You are expected to provide operational and technical leadership as well as managing both internal and external stakeholders, including government/public organisations, contractors and suppliers. You should have the aptitude for customer service in handling public feedback and enquiries, driving change management and improvement involving multiple stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline. Candidates with a degree in

Information Technology / Engineering will be an advantage.

• Keen interest in operational works with critical IT systems.
• Highly motivated and ability to work independently
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data analytics will be an advantage.
• An effective communicator with good writing skills.
