What the role is:
ASSISTANT MANAGER, STATION OPERATIONS
What you will be working on:
The Rail Licensing Division is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team and take on the challenge of managing and administering rail operators' licences, Codes of Practice (CPs), commercial activities guidelines, in support of the development and regulation of Singapore's Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and facilitating the approval process for advertising media,
- Performing checks and audits on the activities across the RTS network
- Facilitating the development of initiatives to create a more inclusive public
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop non-fare
experience.

- Excellent writing, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivation and resourcefulness to produce innovative solutions
- Stakeholder engagement skills and relevant working experience in rail industry and Operations will be an added advantage
