[LTA-PT] DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT 1
[What you will be working on]
The Bus Infrastructure Asset Steward, Operation & Management Division is responsible for the operations, maintenance and management of bus infrastructure, to ensure smooth bus operations and upkeep commuter experience.
You will be part of a dynamic asset steward team to spearhead efforts to administer and manage bus interchanges and depots under the bus contracting model. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication and coordination skills to join our team.
You will play a key role in:
o Driving bus infrastructure-related matters under Bus Contracting Model, from tender preparation to post-award transition and contract administration.
o Managing bus interchange commercial and advertisement activities.
o Driving bus infrastructure-related operational policies on use, operations and maintenance. This also includes developing strategies on asset management as part of LTA's mandate to safeguard infrastructure .
o Managing land-related licensing/ leasing matters, including occupation agreements.
[What we are looking for]
o Knowledge in any discipline.
o Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the bus industry, asset management or facility management.
o Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
o Creative, hands-on individual with an excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
