DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION
[What you will be working on]
The Public Transport Promotion division in LTA drives key transport initiatives relating to (i) travel demand management and (ii) inclusive and caring transport.
We are seeking an individual with strong communication and project planning skills to join the team. You will work closely with several internal and external stakeholders including government agencies, social service agencies and public transport operators on various initiatives. A key portfolio will be to sustain the growth of Caring Commuter Champion programme and driving greater ground up initiatives by promoting a caring culture on the public transport, including:
(i) Outreach to various organisations, schools and the community;
(ii) Developing publicity campaigns to increase public awareness of the Champion movement and improve recruitment rates;
(iii) Managing the e-learning programme for the Champions, including regular reviews of content to ensure its relevance;
(iv) Developing, driving and managing engagement initiatives with the Champions.
You may also be involved in planning and coordinating new initiatives that enhances the inclusivity and accessibility of our transport system for everyone.
