What the role is:MANAGER/DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER,TICKETING STRATEGY & PROJECTSWhat you will be working on:Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the changes to a customer-centric ticketing system that would enhance commuters\' public transport ticketing experience!Responsibilities:
- Lead co-ordinations between stakeholders for change management, to
operational needs and the broader vision of the public transport operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all system changes and upgrades to
- Analyze business and user requirements to ensure that all system solutions
sustainability and efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on system issues to achieve uninterrupted and
- Collaborate with teams on system upgrades, testing, and system
commuter.What we are looking for:
- Knowledge in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field are
- At least 3 years\' working experience, preferably in change management, or
- Strong understanding of change management processes and sustainable
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation
