PRINCIPAL/SENIOR/ASSISTANT ENGINEER, TRANSIT OPERATOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
[What you will be working on]
You will assist in managing the rail operator service contracts. You will be involved in monitoring and reviewing rail operators\xe2\x80\x99 daily operations and technical reports submissions; monitoring the operation and maintenance activities via systems such as Automatic Train Supervisory, Maintenance Management; administering the issuance of instructions and assessing of payments / variations / claims. You will also assist in administering the incentive and disincentive framework on rail performance; monitoring and conducting audit on contractual obligations; providing administrative support to the team in terms of managing the correspondence registry. During the course of the work, you are expected to liaise and be involved in discussion with rail operators, project teams, designers, and stakeholders. In addition to being organised, it is essential for you to be detailed and methodical.
[What we are looking for]
- Diploma in Engineering
- Familiarity with railway operations will be an advantage
- Excellent organisational, coordination and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Team player who is analytical, resourceful and results-oriented
