[What the role is]
SENIOR MANAGER, DATA & SURVEILLANCE
[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for land transport planning and operations. You will lead a team to monitor the service levels and performance of the bus services in the whole network in terms of the quality of the bus services. You will also be required to supervise the quantitative analysis of data and exercise critical thinking to help the teams identify issues for solutioning. In addition, you will work with a range of stakeholders to drive team effectiveness and efficiency through the adoption of data analytics and visualisation for identification and resolution of issues. There will be opportunities to be involved in a spectrum of land transport initiatives.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in the public transport or transportation industry
- Candidates must have a flair for working with numbers and large dataset, with good analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and lead teams to achieve results, and manage different stakeholders
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management, data analytics or script coding will be an advantage
