[What the role is]
[LTA-RAOM] SENIOR / EXECUTIVE / ENGINEER, ASSET MGMT (RENEWAL & PLANNING)
[What you will be working on]
You will manage the RTS assets to ensure optimum performance and quality of the asset. You will work in close collaboration with Public Transport Operators and LTA various divisions such as engineering, project, contracts, programme planning to lead the survey to railway stations/ tunnels, develop the replacement methodology inclusive the associated/ interfacing works required to facilitate the asset renewal works, present the findings to the management and develop the renewal programme & costings.
[What we are looking for]
Knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical / Systems / Rail Engineering / Building / Facilities Management, or other relevant disciplines Preferably with Relevant railway infra-structure/ Pway/ services/ system knowledge and experience in renewal planning, site coordination & installation works.
o Self-motivated and resourceful. Able to work independently, demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in carrying out duties
Possess positive attitude with good communications and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
