As part of NEVC's leadership team, you'll

oversee a dynamic unit responsible for shaping the regulatory landscape of Singapore's EV charging industry

. You'll play a key role in enabling the safe and seamless growth of the EV charging network through both policy and operational levers.


Your responsibilities will include:

Lead development of

policy and regulatory frameworks

to ensure the safety, reliability, and accessibility of EV charging infrastructure across Singapore, while safeguarding public interest and being business-friendly.

Effect legislative changes

to ensure our frameworks evolve to meet tomorrow's challenges and emerging needs.

Oversee the licensing regime for EV charging operators

to shape industry development and standards, while preserving policy space for innovation.

Mentor and lead a team

of policy officers, nurturing future leaders in sustainability and tech policy.

Engage with diverse stakeholders

- from government agencies to industry players - to align interests and drive national outcomes.

[What we are looking for]

Knowledge in policy and regulatory frameworks At least 8 years of relevant work experience Strong strategic thinking and policy skills with a drive to learn Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; you may be required to work on multiple initiatives in the same period Good writing, communication and presentation skills, with an eye for details Able to work collaboratively in a cross functional team and with external stakeholders
