What the role is:
EXECUTIVE/ ENGINEER, ASSET STEWARD & MGMT (TUNNELS)
What you will be working on:
You will be part of the Traffic and Road Operations Group to provide operations and maintenance requirements for new road tunnels projects, participate in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems and facilitate handover of systems from Project to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team.
In this role, you will review design on various Mechanical Systems such as environmental control and tunnel ventilation system, building mechanical ventilation, compressed air system, chilled water system, addressable fire alarm system, tunnel fire-fighting suppression system, automatic fire sprinkler system and clean gas system. You will need to ensure conformance to specifications, safety standards, statutory regulation, operation and maintenance requirements are met. You will need to provide management updates on a regular basis. In addition, you will attend meetings with consultants, designers and stakeholders to ensure O&M requirements are captured and followed through until completion of projects. Moreover, you will need to prepare, update and review documents for project works.
What we are looking for:

• Knowledge in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Organised and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task
• Strong in project management skills
• Good communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and dynamic
• Able to perform occasional night works including weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be an advantage
