What the role is:
PRINCIPAL / SENIOR / EXECUTIVE, ENFORCEMENT LOGISTICS
What you will be working on:
You will be part of the team responsible for fleet management and logistics within the Enforcement Engagement & Training Division. The team provides day-to-day fleet and logistical support for enforcement operations, and your responsibilities will include:
Conducting checks to ensure fleet readiness for deployment to operational teams.
Engaging with operational teams and external vendors (e.g., for fleet maintenance such as repairs and servicing), sourcing repair quotes, and assessing and evaluating repair work recommended and completed by vendors.
Managing the fleet management system.
Tracking fleet-related data such as mileage, repair costs, etc.
Managing and facilitating issuance of uniform and enforcement equipment to officers.
Assisting in the procurement process by obtaining budgetary quotes.
What we are looking for:
Required to possess a Class 3 driving license, and preferably a Class 2 license as well.
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Fleet/Transport Management. No experience may also be considered.
Familiar with workplace environmental, health, and safety aspect of operations would be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Pleasant personality with good command of spoken and written English.
Team player with a positive attitude, is self-motivated and able to work independently.
