[What the role is]
[LTA-TRO] SENIOR MANAGER, ROAD DATA MANAGEMENT
[What you will be working on]
Drive the implementation of domain and cross-domain data strategies of TRO, to enhance the ability of Traffic Management (TM), Asset Management and Enforcement (ENF) domains to optimally and more centrally, access and analyse key data across different Land Transport Authority (LTA) systems.
Design and implement data governance for data needed by Traffic Management (TM), Asset Management and Enforcement (ENF) domains, across both spatial (GIS) and non-spatial data.
Design, develop and operationalize Roads related end-to-end Plan-Design-Build-Operation-Maintenance (PDBOM) data pipelines to uplift the capability of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for roads and traffic.
[What we are looking for]
Knowledge in Data Sciences or Data-Related Disciplines Minimum 10 years of experience in roles that require data strategy or other data science related capabilities preferred Good understanding of data architecture and/or data engineering principles Good management skills Good project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
