What the role is:Assistant Manager, Service InfrastructureWhat you will be working on:You will be part of the dynamic team which plans, promotes and executes initiatives on service delivery to enhance the customer experience at LTA\'s Customer Service Centre. You are required to multi-task in co-ordinating training programmes and welfare events.What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related disciplines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, PowerPoint and skilled in designing creative eDMs
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about creating positive work environments and able to work independently
  • Experience in service and training events would be a bonus
