Fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of the largest trading houses within the marine oil and lubricants sector - with over 10 international offices and 30+ years of experience trading within the competitive international market.
Our Client is looking for a dynamic leader able to implement trading strategy to continue the groups expansion plan while implementing relevant 2020 regulation changes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist and manage traders within the Greek or South East Asia markets, assessing all Lubricant enquiries.
• Negotiating quotes with shipowners and traders within the shipping industry in order to win company business via back to back and physical supply deals.
• Responsible for managing and developing relations with suppliers of lubricants and marine oil within your region and delegated ports.
• Actively seek and facilitate spot and contract business with new and potential customers.
• Ensure the team has relevant compliance and quality assurance procedures in place, handling client records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience within an international trading house, trading lubricants and marine oil.
• Proven ability to win and develop new business within the lubricants industry either back to back trading or physical supply.
• Key knowledge of market trends and products within South East Asian or Greek ports.
• Proven ability to work in a quick paced, high volume working environment whilst managing and implementing business strategies.
• Experience in working for one of the major marine oil or lubricants suppliers is advantages.
