Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates to ensure smooth operation.
Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standards.
Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, and keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory.
Work closely with the Retail Manager on sales activity and being part of store events.
Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, high-end retail environment or in a similar capacity.
Passion in the retail industry, good communication, and leadership skills
Able to adapt into a fast pace environment
Independent and a team player
