About the role
Delivering our luxury ambition in SEA hinges on Johnnie Walker being vibrant and talked about through very simple, clear and comprehensive marketing strategy, best in class executions, iconic communications and within broader culture.
This role will work within the luxury team SEA. He or she will report directly to the Luxury Director SEA and will be working closely with the GBT & SEA Marketing Directors as well as in-country marketing and sales teams. Acting as a project leader on its assigned initiatives, this role suits a dynamic marketer, with a both strategic and hands-on approach, able to multi-task, very results focused and with luxury flair. This full-time position may require up to 20% of travel.
It is an incredible regional role, leading the luxury transformation\xe2\x80\x99s acceleration and how consumers see Johnnie Walker in SEA.

Role Responsibilities

  • Developing a customised 360 launch plans specifically adapted to the needs of the region

  • Defining, implementing and tracking integrated marketing programs and initiatives to support business growth in SEA. This might include: growth drivers, agency briefs, activity calendar, sales enablement initiatives, network animation and activations, partner driven programs and event

  • Building and localising, in coordination with the GBT and SEA marketing teams, best-in-class toolkits to support markets and to enhance brand presence in top HIA

  • Ensure strong visibility of the brand\xe2\x80\x99s icon Johnnie Walker Blue

  • Drive successful B2B partnership programs such as corporate and HNI gifting solutions

  • Building (and maintaining) our KOL communities

  • Contributing to build our luxury CRM program and regional end-user communities

  • Contributing to build our luxury boutique and other retail plans in the region


Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience ideally working in the luxury sector

  • Track record of in market experience with a 360 Marketing approach

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a global, highly matrixed environment

  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills

  • A flair of luxury, high attention to details and quality
