What You'll Do

? Serve walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally.


? Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.


? Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks.


? Maintain accurate customer records.


? Support the team in achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

What We're Looking For

? Experience in luxury watches or the pawnshop industry is an advantage.


? Passionate about learning watch brands and technical details.


? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
