The Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head
Operations and Commercial
at lyf HQ. This role is pivotal in driving both operational excellence and revenue growth across our global portfolio, while shaping the brand's expansion and ensuring properties deliver on the lyf promise of community, creativity, and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
Define and execute business goals, operating plans, and performance roadmaps aligned with lyf's growth strategy.
Lead and coach property and cluster teams, ensuring brand standards, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Oversee pre-opening activities (staffing, systems, SOPs, training) to ensure seamless launches.
Drive total P&L optimization by strengthening rooms, F&B, social spaces, and ancillary revenue streams.
Foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and community engagement unique to lyf.
Commercial
Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize topline revenue, profitability, and market share.
Partner with Global Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to unlock new opportunities and strengthen brand visibility.
Identify and execute revenue-driving initiatives across rooms, F&B, events, and digital channels.
Oversee digital engagement and social media strategies to build brand communities and enhance guest experiences.
Conduct market analysis to refine strategies and capture emerging opportunities.
Leadership & Collaboration
Inspire and develop high-performing operations and commercial leaders across properties.
Champion cross-functional collaboration with Business Development, Technical Services, Design, and Brand teams.
Build strong relationships with owners and stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to support business performance and portfolio growth.
What We're Looking For
12-15+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands, with proven success in both operations and commercial strategy.
Strong business acumen with track record in driving profitability, brand positioning, and operational excellence across multiple properties or markets.
Deep understanding of hospitality revenue levers (rooms, F&B, events, e-commerce, loyalty, digital engagement).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
