Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, and documentation for all related M&E works
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, providing M&E resolutions with proper documentation where required
Review project specifications, address technical clarifications, and resolve discrepancies or defects in construction drawings
Prepare method statements, check for inconsistencies, and ensure alignment with project requirements
Monitor progress of M&E works, troubleshoot site issues, and provide timely solutions
Ensure quality of M&E workmanship in compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
Participate in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works

What We're Looking For
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination for New Build / A&A / R&R projects
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction processes, and regulatory requirements
Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to site challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
Highly motivated, independent, and responsible, with strong team spirit and adaptability
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
