Work address: Sims Lane (5 mins walking distance from Aljunied MRT station)
Changi Business Park (depends on their customer selection) fixed 5 days work, shuttle service provided from selected MRT station
Call to remind customers of over-due accounts on behalf of clients from the Banks, Telcom Support Service Providers and Commercial clients
Arrange payment and follow-up on over-due accounts
Perform administrative duties, enquiries, accounts monitoring
Update and maintain the credit collection system
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirement
Fresh graduates are welcome
Min SPM
Knowledge of banking industry and consumer products and services will be an added advantage.
Strong initiative and desire to exceed sales target.
Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English
