o Facial Treatments:
o Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask applications, tailored to each client\'s skin type and concerns.
o Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies to provide cutting-edge services.
o Customer Consultation:
o Conduct thorough skincare consultations to understand clients\' concerns, preferences, and any specific skin conditions.
o Educate customers on proper skincare routines and recommend home care products for optimal results.
o Product Knowledge:
o Stay knowledgeable about skincare product lines used in treatments and retail, and assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their skincare needs.
o Maintain an organized and well-stocked treatment room, ensuring the availability of necessary products and tools.
o Sanitation and Hygiene:
o Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
o Follow proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment.
o Customer Relations:
o Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
o Address customer concerns and inquiries professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with services.Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Facialist or Esthetician. (Cibtac or Cidesco)
Valid state license in esthetics or cosmetology.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and skin conditions.Requirements:
Completion of an accredited esthetics or cosmetology program.
Passion for skincare and commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
