Job ID : M48846 - WO - C(A45)Position: QA TechnicianEmployer Company: ManufacturingSchedule: Monday to Friday 8am 5.30pmMonthly off days: 8 daysSalary: $1800 - $2400Total salary: BasicWork address: KallangJob Duties:- Perform incoming QC, IPQC and outgoing QC inspection. Ability to create inspection checklists.- Perform inspection on wire Harness assy, PCBA and Box Buid as per Drawing specification.- Perform First Acrticle inspection of metal, plastic parts as per drawing specification, useing measuring tools such as caliper, CMM, Smarscope,dial guage,etc- Generate Non conformance material report and up-keep NCMR Masterlist.- Generate inspection report for IQC,IPQC and OQC, maintain NCMR mastherlist and document management.- Perform material transaction via ERP systemJobs Requirement:- Minimum NITEC in electronics or Mechical Engineering or relevant disciple, with at least 1 year of experience in quality assurance and manufacturing environment- Entry level candidates is welcome to apply.- Experience in handling incoming QC,IPQC and outgoing QC inspection.- Experience in First article inspection is preferred.- Experience in managing the MRB process with cross functional teams.- Experience in using ERP system & Microsoft Excel.- Strong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and possess initiatives.
