- Experience in working with various teams within group, both in Japan and overseas.

- Deal sourcing of mid market companies as well as later-stage startups
- Preparing proposals articulating the deals and the value proposition to the client
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams of financial, tax and legal experts to progress the transaction
- Able to read financial statements and conduct financial and business analysis
- Able to conduct research for market comparison analysis
- Create presentation materials for clients
- 2-5 years work experience
- M&A, management consulting, corporate planning, business development, finance or sales and marketing
- Basic to Business Japanese proficiency to communicate with Japanese Clients
- Basic accounting / finance knowledge
- Experience with valuation and able to build financial models is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel
