We are an APAC technology services platform based in Singapore, providing high-value consulting, implementation, and development services. We are jointly backed by SeaTown Private Capital, an indirect and wholly owned Temasek subsidiary, as well as founder Lim Yuan En, formerly a senior private equity executive.Role:We are looking for a driven, analytical MBA candidate with a strong desire to develop his/her M&A and strategy skillset. In a demanding and fast-paced role, the intern will work directly with Skyform\xe2\x80\x99s CEO and senior investment professionals from the platform\xe2\x80\x99s sponsors. He/she can expect to be immediately involved in multiple ongoing acquisitions as well as support strategic initiatives with an existing subsidiary.Duration:3 months. Options to work 4 or 5 days a weekLocation:Remote, except when in-person meetings are requiredKey responsibilities:1. Acquisitions

• Support end-to-end transaction workstreams from origination to DD to execution
• Prepare discussion materials for deal meetings
• Organise, attend, and document interactions with target management and bankers
• Collaborate with SeaTown investment team on key analyses and M&A model(s)

2. Strategy and Value Creation

• Manage and track key value creation initiatives for subsidiary identified during DD, including but not limited to the 100-day action plan
• Work with subsidiary teams to facilitate, optimise, and implement initiative as needed
• Prepare discussion materials for strategy meetings and workshops

3. Financial Reporting and Governance

• Support and prepare financial reporting workbooks and presentations, including close ongoing engagement with subsidiary finance team
• Organise and document monthly management meetings and quarterly board meeting

Required qualifications and skills:

• Candidate for Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
• Prior experience in an M&A, consulting, or investment role is desirabl
