This cross-functional team head then connects with various other company resources to increase engagement with IIX Digital Platforms. Formulating a solid business case for initiatives is also critical to accessing company resources impacted by a prioritized initiative. Your scope will include managing UX/UI and data design of IIX platforms and products. You will use agile methodologies to manage the development process effectively.IIX seeks to expand its digital products team. IIX currently operates 4 digital platforms:1. IIX Values - a comprehensive digital impact assessment platform that facilitates and rewards impact measurement while giving beneficiaries and end customers a voice to provide input on the issues that affect them the most2. Essential Requirements for the role:

• Understanding of ESG principles, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and reporting standards, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of ESG technology solutions to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of multidisciplinary experience in the field of data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting unstructured data from diverse sources.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of impact investing, social finance, or related fields is a plus.

Additional Preferences:

• Demonstrated experience in building and deploying UI/UX learning models in real-world scenarios.
• Ability to manage a team to proactively approach project and/or process issues.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data findings effectively.
