Position Summary


We are seeking an M&A Intern to join our in-house M&A team. You will be an integral part of a 3-person team which is currently handling 2-3 live transactions at any one time, which implies good exposure to real M&A work. This is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in corporate finance, strategy, and the fast-paced world of mergers and acquisitions. As an intern, you will play a key supporting role in evaluating acquisition targets, analyzing financial data, and preparing materials for internal stakeholders and the Board.



Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing board presentation slides, pitch decks, and internal memos related to live deals or strategic initiatives Conduct desktop research and company profiling on potential M&A targets, including financials, market positioning, and strategic fit Support financial analysis, benchmarking, and data modeling under guidance from senior team members Help maintain the deal pipeline, project trackers, and internal due diligence documents Support other ad hoc strategic or corporate development projects as needed


Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate student in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering (with interest in corporate strategy) Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment Prior experience or coursework in M&A, strategy, investment banking, or consulting is advantageous but not required
