I\'m recruiting for a couple of M&A Manager roles across various sectors and welcome corporate finance candidates with strong valuation and modelling skills to be part of a high performing team! You may come from Big 4 advisory (Valuations / Corporate Finance) teams, investment bank or in-house corporate M&A team. Sector agnostic, keen to chat with people with industry experience within Real Estate, Energy, Logistics or Infrastructure.

Client Details

My clients are in the growth stage looking to expand through both organic and inorganic means - They are a good mix of Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Logistics leaders. They are highly acquisitive and have a dedicated team of M&A professionals who comes with strong valuations / modelling background to support in the deal execution process. You would be working alongside with Directors who originates the deals and support them in evaluation of targets.

Description

This is a well-rounded M&A and investment role where you will be supporting the M&A for the deal execution process. You will need to independently conduct risk assessments and evaluate the synergies of new businesses with the existing portfolio, conduct feasibility studies and analysis of qualitative and comparable data. You will build financial models and lead the due diligence process for acquisitions/new ventures. You conduct market research and intelligence studies and assist in deal structuring/negotiations process.

Profile

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• Degree in Business / Accounting / Banking / Economics from a reputable university more than 5 years of relevant M&A Valuations / Corporate Finance background
• Strong valuation modelling is necessary
• Bilingual in both spoken English and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders of different background
• Good regional experience will be great
• Open to speak with candidates from different sectors but candidates who come with real estate, infrastructure, energy and logistics will be of advantage
