What youll do
Position title: SAP Intern Machine Learning Developer
Location: Singapore
Expected Start Date: January 2025
Contract Duration: 6- 9 Months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Project Objective
The purpose of this Internship is to build repeatable demo assets using Generative AI to extend capabilities of SAP Cloud solutions like S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. You will use the AI services in SAP Business Technology Platform in combination with open-source tooling as relevant.
Scope of Work
You will have the opportunity to work alongside the AI teams and Customer Advisory leaders across APAC to create assets that showcase the value proposition of SAP Business AI. This role focuses on leveraging custom-built AI to extend SAP Cloud solutions, as opposed to AI available off the shelf in SAPs Cloud Solutions.
We are a regional team of Business AI Experts across Asia Pacific Japan. We support the Market Units with proof-of-concept prototypes, innovative AI solutions, design thinking workshops, and solution demos.

Skills / Competencies
xc2xb7 A bachelor or masters degree in computer science, or a related technical discipline
xc2xb7 Experience with frameworks for building and deploying LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, chain creation, and data integration
xc2xb7 Ability to choose the right model for a specific task and fine-tune it as required
xc2xb7 Familiarity with cloud platforms for deploying and managing machine learning models & LLMs
xc2xb7 Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, model development, and integration with AI libraries
xc2xb7 Ability to effectively communicate model results and insights through visualizations
xc2xb7 Awareness of SAP suite of solutions across line of businesses, like Finance, Spend, HR and Customer Experience
