: What you need to know about the role- Meet our team Global Analytics & Data Sciences (GADS) serves as PayPal\'s enterprise Analytics & Data Science Solution(s)/Service(s) provider, consists of different vertical and horizontal sub-portfolios including consumer, merchant, risk, credit, customer operation etc. Customer Service is a portfolio under GADS supporting Global Customer Service (GCS) to enable effortless experience for both our customers and teammates. We are developing the AI/ML solutions that help to contribute to CS domain business KPIs like contact rate, call transfer rate, agent average handling time, resolution rate and Net Promote/Effort Score, and empower the customer service related products like Help Center, Chatbot, IVR and all Teammate tools. Your way to impact- We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented a machine learning engineer/scientist to work on machine learning & NLP development solution for designing and developing language understanding systems for using text representation techniques more efficiently. If you have exceptional skills and passion in both Large Language Model development and machine learning algorithm, we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you!
