Our client is one of the major financial institute in the region. It is now looking to build their machine learning engineering capability in Singapore. Responsibilities:

• Algorithm Development:

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Model Training and Evaluation:

• Train and evaluate machine learning models using diverse datasets.
• Implement best practices for model validation, accuracy improvement, and performance optimization.
• Coding and Implementation:

• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Integrate machine learning models into production systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Data Preparation:

• Work closely with data engineers to preprocess and clean data for machine learning tasks.
• Implement data augmentation techniques and feature engineering to enhance model performance.
• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of machine learning components into larger systems.
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and validation techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Applicants MUST BE currently based in Singapore and has relevant work experience in Singapore.
