Operate and monitor

Deep Cement Mixing (DCM)

equipment,

Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD)

installation machinery, and piling machines in accordance with project specifications. Ensure accurate mixing of soil and cement slurry for ground improvement works (DCM). Precisely install vertical drains (PVD) to the required depth and layout. Operate piling machinery to install foundation piles as per design requirements. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime. Adjust operational parameters to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency of works. Maintain comprehensive records of production, installation progress, materials usage, and equipment performance. Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to achieve project milestones and deadlines. Strictly adhere to site safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience operating DCM, PVD, or piling machinery. BCA DCM/Piling SEC(K) certification is mandatory. Knowledge of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and ground improvement processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail, precision, and safety compliance. Physically fit to work in outdoor and demanding site conditions.
