Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Deep Cement Mixing (DCM) equipment, Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) installation machinery, and piling machines according to project specifications. Ensure proper mixing of soil and cement slurry for ground improvement works (DCM). Accurately install vertical drains to specified depth and layout (PVD). Operate piling machinery to install foundation piles according to design specifications. Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all machinery to prevent downtime. Adjust operational parameters to maintain quality, efficiency, and uniformity of works. Maintain detailed records of production, installation progress, materials used, and equipment performance. Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to meet project deadlines. Strictly follow site safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience operating DCM, PVD, or piling machinery. BCA DCM/Piling SEC(K) certification is mandatory. Knowledge of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and ground improvement processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Mechanical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail, precision, and safety compliance. * Physically fit to work in outdoor and demanding site conditions.
