Hiring: Machinist / Technician


Location: Jurong / Bedok




Position: Machinist / Technician


Salary: $2,400 - $3,000


Working Hours (Shift Rotations):




7:00 AM - 3:00 PM




3:00 PM - 11:00 PM




11:00 PM - 7:00 AM


Rest Days: 8 days/month




Company: Singapore-based micro and small ball bearings manufacturer




Key Responsibilities:




Operate basic machining equipment




Perform repetitive machining tasks with high attention to detail and quality




Assist in repairing and fabricating machine parts to support maintenance needs




Follow instructions and work orders provided by technicians or supervisors




Comply with all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment




Maintain a clean and organized workspace to improve efficiency and safety




Review and recommend improvements for departmental safety and work environment procedures (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Safety Management Systems)




Participate in meetings, reviews, and discussions; coordinate with supervisors to achieve departmental goals and yield targets




Plan and effectively manage work time to fulfill responsibilities and any additional tasks assigned by supervisors




? Requirements:




Relevant experience preferred; training provided




Able to work rotating shifts




Minimum education: Diploma, NITEC or above




Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
