Machinist
Job Description
This position is responsible to operates various types of conventional and CNC machines to perform production machining operations while committing to promote a safe environment and workplace all time.
Check and collect materials, prepare required tooling and measuring equipment for the parts to be manufactured.
Read and interpret drawings, BOM, and specifications.
Carry out offline programming on PC and online programming on CNC machine.
load program on machine, Setup tooling and Operate CNC machine to machine required parts.
Work within close tolerances to perform quality products, meet productivity targets and schedule.
Inspect the product to ensure conformity to quality assurance.
Keep machine, clean, tidy and perform daily maintenance, as necessary.
Work safely, wear PPE and handle materials appropriately.
Primary/N/O Levels or equivalent
