Job Description

The Macro Specialist will be responsible for providing support through proofreading, writing and editing content of training materials following editorial standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Employ meticulousness in checking content for adherence to LOB policies, readability, proofreading text and correct (spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.) errors.
Strictly adhere to deadlines set in timely publishing of operational content..
Collaborate with LOBs to verify details and ensure that information is relevant and conforms to account guidelines..
Cross-functions in coordinating seamless deployment and support integration of content in program implementations.
Advocates positive branding and cultivates personification in correspondences through text format
Keep stakeholders informed of all publishing activity.
Manage content profiles and administer requests, update and terminate non-relevant information.
Meet all standards in respect and confidentiality of material.
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Adept at keyword placement and editorial best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in communications, journalism, English or related fields
Must be familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft applications
Good knowledge of chat, cardholder and caller queries.
Strong experience in developing course materials and creating content that encourages engagement.
Must be familiar with BPO setup
Must be a team player with time management skills
Must be willing to work on-site and at home
Must be amenable to work on graveyard shifts
