Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance and Electrical Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all M&E and building service systems, including the renovation and maintenance works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance and repair work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise maintenance and repair work to all M&E and building service systems
- Ensure schedules and deadlines for maintenance and installation works are met
- Conduct daily inspections and tests of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Provide technical advice to subordinates
- Procure necessary parts for repair and replacement works
- Coordinate with contractors for renovation and new installation works
- Analyze situations and introduce improvement works as needed
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
- Min N or O level
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and building service systems
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with M&E regulations and safety standards
