Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs daily duties including preventive maintenance in electrical.
- Trouble-shooting on facility systems.
- Coordinate works with appointed vendors, suppliers and subcontractor in relation to facilities management.
- May provide assistance to perform a variety of duties in laundry & store etc.
- Adheres to all safety and security guidelines regarding equipment safety and chemical handling procedures
- Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
- Diploma/NITEC in building services /mechanical /electrical / facilities management
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in facilities management or relevant
- Physical fit to handle operations duties (eg. Able to stand for long period , carry heave goods and tools)
- Works indoors and outdoors environment
- Able to communicate with team members and maintain good teamwork
- 5.5 days, Alternate half Saturday work week (830am-530pm)
