Job Description


Job Location : Orchard Work Timings : Shirt work ; 930am to 630pm & 1230-930pm ; 5 days work week inclusive of weekends and PH Industry : Retail
Basically, your duties as a Maintenance & Electrical Supervisor are as follows: a. Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the operation, maintenance, repair and implement improvement works to all M&E and Building service and refrigeration systems, including renovation and maintenance works. b. Prepare and ensure schedules such as Maintenance Schedule, Repair Work Schedule and M&E Equipment Operation Schedule, and deadlines for events and installations works are met accordingly. c. Carry out daily inspections and tests of mechanical and electrical equipments/ Plant/ BAS ACMV System:

  • Check daily operation and implement periodic preventive maintenance programme
  • Evaluate breakdown cause and provide temporary solution/s for (further) repair/ replacement works
  • Oversee contractor\xe2\x80\x99s work
d. Carry out research, design and advised on mechanically functioning plant and equipment such as machine tools, engines, heating, ventilating and refrigerating installations. e. Prepare and generate the following reports:
  • Consumable reports
  • Utilities reports
  • Expenditure reports
  • Revenue reports
f. Provide technical advice to subordinates. g. Study labour requirement, estimate cost of installations, operations, maintenance and repair. h. Procurement of quotations and parts for repair/ replacement/ new installation works; check bill of quality and evaluate cost of quotation. i. Co-ordination with contractors for renovation and new installation works, scope of works and quotation. j. Plan and supervise construction installation, operation, maintenance and repair. k. Check completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. l. Anaylze situation and introduce improvement works, repair and rectification works to department store. m. Compile and vet M&E drawings for renovations to ensure it complies to all M&E regulations. Provide comments on renovation/ promotion counter drawings. n. Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the company.
