Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection and modification works to ensure work are carried out timely, safely and with good maintenance practices with no disruption to plant operations.
Manage and lead the plant painting program to ensure the integrity of plant facility.
Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modifications works with no compromise to safety of workers and integrity of facilities.
Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractor to enhance their skill and competency levels.
Implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SS651.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of inspection records and reports in Data Management System.
Prepare reports as required by management
Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Technical/Mechanical/Electrical industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
