Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute daily electrical activities such as troubleshooting, maintenance, and checking equipment reliability.
- Perform routine corrective and preventive maintenance for site improvement.
- Prepare and review risk assessment submitted by contractors and conduct toolbox meeting with contractors to identify hazards before commencement of any electrical and maintenance work.
- Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance and electrical schedule for equipment and machinery and upkeep the maintenance record including arrange for inspection as per statutory requirements
- Supervise contractors performing electrical and maintenance jobs in the terminal to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Maintain proper Standard Operating Procedures and records.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred
- At least 5 years of working experience in electrical repairs and mechanical maintenance.
- Able to read and understand electrical circuit drawings, instrumentation and control system diagrams.
- Able to perform troubleshooting and confident in deciding corrective measures
- Able to prepare layout, sectional views for tender for projects
- Comfortable with working location in Jurong Island
- Able to work under pressure within tight timelines.
- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
