We are seeking a proactive
Maintenance Engineer
to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging, conveying, and material handling systems. The role involves troubleshooting, leading maintenance teams, and driving continuous improvement to minimize equipment downtime.Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment and facilities. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults. Lead and guide maintenance technicians; plan shutdown and commissioning activities. Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with vendors on repairs and fabrication works. Conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare maintenance reports and support operational improvement projects. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
At least3 years' experience
in automation or equipment maintenance. Knowledge ofAC drives, motors, conveyors, and PLC systems
. Able to read and modify PLC programs and electrical diagrams. Proficient inMicrosoft Office
and CMMS software. Willing to work12-hour rotating shifts
and be on standby when required. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and safety awareness.MANGO TAN LAY MIN
