As an Equipment Engineer in Photolithograpy, you will be involved in:

  • Creating and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Project Management planning and managing projects related to equipment installation, upgrades, and maintenance. This involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Creation and update of technical documentation, including equipment specifications, operating procedures, and maintenance guidelines.
  • Diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions and breakdowns. Conducting regular maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, facility, to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and processes.
  • Providing training to maintenance and production personnel on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
  • Responding to equipment eSTAR alarms or Maestria APC alarms at real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Providing cross functional / cross-dept / cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority. Share technical knowledge and lesson learnt with colleagues.
  • Ensuring that all manufacturing equipment and processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Practicing workplace and equipment 5S Housekeeping.
Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:
  • A bachelor\'s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical or Electronic engineering, Mechanical engineering.
  • Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance/equipment engineering in Semiconductor industry. Incumbent with direct experience in Photolithography equipment will have added advantage.
  • An independent worker and team player.
  • Knowledge in PLC programming and Microcontroller programming will be an added advantage.
  • Must possess basic computer skill (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably good in communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English.
