Condition Monitoring of Static Equipment through online and offline Analysis, performance analysis and other techniques
Planning, execution and monitoring of contractor routine and non-routine maintenance activities and perform troubleshooting or provide guidance where issues arise
Planning and coordination of shutdown maintenance activities of Static Equipment based on local and Global PM requirements, vendor recommendation & Industrial best practices
Review risk analysis and maintenance procedures on regular basis
Upkeep maintenance records for equipment modifications, repair and rerating on regular basis
Identify and update discrepancies in plant equipment records or on field
Participate in the root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process inducted mechanical failures, recommend corrective actions to permanently eliminate them and follow up on closure of the actions
Initiate the Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) and execute the changes for plant improvement and modification works
Facing external/internal audit and closing of the actions within given time limit
Identifying bad actors in the plant and reliability improvement by implementing short-term and long-term solutions
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent with Min. 4 to 7 years of working experience in multi-discipline preferably in petrochemical, oil and gas or Chemical industries
Proven project execution and supervision skills in Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas or Chemicals industries.
Knowledge of relevant national and international codes and standards (SS, BSEN, ASME, AWS, ASTM, API, etc.)
Basic knowledge of construction in ASU / HYCO / CO2 plants is an added advantage
Familiarity with P&IDs, Electrical, Controls, Pipeline, Mechanical, Civil & Structural
Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD is preferable.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to people of all levels
