Maintenance Engineer

A Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing Mazak products, also must diagnose technical issues, provide on-site or remote support, and offer technical expertise to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning - Setting up new machine and systems at customer sites. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics- Identifying and resolving technical issues, including conducting diagnostic tests. Machine Maintenance and Repairs- Performing routine maintenance, preventive care, and repairs to restore machine functionality. Technical Support- Providing technical support to customers, answering queries, and offering guidance. Training - Educating customers on proper usage and maintenance of machines. Documentation - Maintaining accurate service records and documentation. Team work & Collaboration - Working with team members and sharing technical staff to resolve complex problems. Safety Compliance - Ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Customer Satisfaction - Prioritizing customer satisfaction through timely and effective service support. Staying Updated- Keeping abreast of mazak product trends and technological advancements & developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a Mechtronics engineering field is often preferred, but experience in machine tool service support or technical support roles can also be valuable. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex machinery. Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal. Prioritizing customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ability to analyze technical data and draw conclusions. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
