Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering activities
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
- Assign responsibilities and mentor M&S junior team
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with manager and other participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Laison and communication with clients, sub-contractors, third parties and team members
- Assists (hands-on) in various aspects of day-to-day operations in testing and maintenance activities
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of working experiences in the related fields such as Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Construction/Energy/Shipyard/Oil and Gas.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage several tasks concurrently
- Fast learner and good adaptability for the new requirement
- Have experience in project cost control is preferred
- Detailed oriented and able to work well in a team
