Perform preventive maintenance work and follow-up on all troubleshooting and repair works
Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance, including service report from vendors are documented
Support ad-hoc machine breakdown including fault troubleshooting, diagnosis and replacement of defective components
Monitor and maintain spare part list
Supervising contractors for onsite work involving installation, servicing and repair work
Proper housekeeping of the tools after usage
Update list of chemical in the storage and ensure SDS is within validity period
Liaise with overseas and local supplier for equipment and spare part matters
Involve in internal and external audits when required
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent * Experience in supporting maintenance function in manufacturing environment
Hands on in troubleshooting plant equipment including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system
Experience in robotic system maintenance will be an advantage
Physically fit and able to work at height with MEWP
Able to support after office hours and weekend when needed
