Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure plant equipment/machineries and building facilities are maintained and functioning effectively to comply with safety standards

2. Ensure Preventive maintenance are performed in accordance to standard operating procedure established and documented.

3. Supervise and perform regular preventive maintenance and take actions to minimize breakdowns.

4. Supervise the team in each area (Production, warehouse) on service and maintenance of existing equipment/machines.

5. Oversee the maintenance tasks and to record, minimize and control maintenance cost.

6. Adhere to ISO standards for all works carried out.

7. Reports to Production Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Min Technical Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in related field

3. Able to trouble shoot, repair and has hands on maintenance work
