Our Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations remain operational, continuously improve and innovate. With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including Biological, Chemical, Automation, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Safety, Process Development, Technical Services, Utilities and Validation. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Executes maintenance, improvement and E&I maintenance activities within the IPT, ensures preventative maintenance is completed according to schedule requirements, and supports equipment change control implementations
• Implements technical solutions to improve equipment uptime and asset utilization
• Provides technical oversight and supports Maintenance Technicians with troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues and breakdowns
• Corrective Maintenance
• Ensures equipment breakdowns are resolved in a timely manner and updates the Preventive Maintenance Plan
• Provides technical expertise and support to IPT Maintenance Technicians for equipment breakdown troubleshooting and recovery to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues

Preventive Maintenance

• Works with Engineering & SHE CoE to execute a reliability-centred maintenance plan and to share best practices and lessons learned, with objective of improving asset utilization
• Ensures all planned internal and external Preventive Maintenance activities are executed and completed
• Equipment Reliability
• Updates equipment critical spare part list and sets minimum re-order levels as directed by IPT Maintenance Lead
• Incident/Deviation/Atypical Investigations
• Applies effective root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques to support the resolution of equipment related incidents and deviation/atypical investigations
• Ensures all preventive actions relating to equipment are effectively implemented within the agreed time frame to prevent recurrence

Equipment Change Controls (ECC)

• Supports implementation of ECC by participating in impact assessments and executing field equipment modifications, including: management of project schedules, resource plans, vendor coordination, and material purchases
• Prepares and completes documentation and ensures that documentation meets required regulatory standards
• Participates in field walk-downs
• Participates in Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) reviews

Purified Water (PuW) System SME (if relevant)

• Supports operation of the PUW system and execute any improvement and change to the water management system
• SME to the PUW system and primary contact for IPT for the water council team, and lead in PUW related deviation and atypical investigation
• Acts as key contact for IPT for audit and related activities for PUW matters

Continuous Improvements (CI)

• Supports development of a continuous improvement framework within the maintenanc e group and works with the IPT Maintenance Lead to identify opportunities
• Supports the Reliability & Maintenance COE in executing reliability based programs and completing follow on corrective actions

Quality/Safety Stewardship

• Prepares SOPs and Job Aids to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ensures PM related documents are generated and maintained according to required standards and frequency
• Ensures all out-of-tolerance equipment findings are appropriately documented and investigated in a timely manner
• Implements assigned corrective actions, as documented following regulatory inspections and internal audits

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical) or relevant studies
• Prefer 3-4 years relevant technical experience in manufacturing-based industry, including :
  • Process equipment support
  • Maintenance planning and equipment reliability
  • Project Management
  • Prefer experience with continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and application of Lean tools
